Students

Saint Mark’s 378 students hail from all over Marin County, Sonoma County San Francisco and the East Bay. Our student body is as diverse and lively as the San Francisco Bay Area, itself.

Saint Mark’s students bring a great deal of energy and dedication to their studies. They also bring the same level of care and commitment to relationships with their fellow classmates and teachers. They are bright, creative, kind, and compassionate people and diligent, inquisitive and sensitive learners.

Students are involved in all Saint Mark’s activities – from eighth graders taking the time and concern to look after their Kindergarten buddies, to young ones visiting seniors at a local home for the elderly; from athletic and academic teams

Students’ constant involvement in the life of Saint Mark’s gives them the unique opportunity to become active participants in their own personal growth.

announcing the results of their own games and competitions, to students sharing their musical gifts and their jokes at Talent and Joke Assembly; from discussion groups debating serious topics of their own choosing and shaping their understanding of their world, to students organizing their own fundraising activities and community service projects. Students’ constant involvement in the life of Saint Mark’s gives them the unique opportunity to become active participants in their own personal growth. They emerge as poised and confident speakers and responsible, caring citizens.

Indeed, students are the most important group within our community; Saint Mark’s takes great pride in all their achievements and, more importantly, in their good humor and character.
