Below you will find the materials that your child needs to apply to Saint Mark's. You will need Adobe's (free) Acrobat Reader to view and print the online application materials. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, you can download it from Adobe.

If you decide to apply on behalf of your child, you can print out and complete these forms, and mail them to us along with the application fee. (Detailed instructions are in the How to Apply section and are also downloadable below.)
